Customer Service Remote Chat Support – Remote / No Experience

We are searching for the right dynamic individual to complement and enhance our support team and capabilities.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving client queries via incoming chat requests to ensure the successful and continued use of the business’s products.

Contract length: Open-ended contract

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions. stable internet connection.

Hours per week: Flexible

Location: Remote work worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
