E-Commerce Chat Coordinator – Remote / Entry Level (WFH)

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for the role of E-commerce Chat Coordinator who will support the E-commerce Operations team in areas impacting the customer experience.

Contract length: No set end date

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have 20+ hours availability per week. consistent internet access.

Hours per week: 20 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
