NOW HIRING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (Chat Support)
The customer service/technical support representative handles client queries and resolves the customer’s technical issues. The position is dealing with customer requests and complaints by following program-specific guidelines. The communication with the customer takes place over live chat.
Contract length: Open-ended contract
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have at least 5 hours available weekly. stable internet connection.
Hours per week: between 5 and 40 hours per week
Location: Remote work worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
