Beginner Level Live Chat Support (Remote / Entry Level)

Have you ever chatted with a chat support agent on a website? If you do, would you like a job working for companies replying to chat messages on their website?

We have a lot of businesses right now hiring live chat assistants to work on their websites and online stores, replying to client queries. You will be given their account credentials as well as being told what to reply to the most common queries.

What you will be doing: live chat assistants get paid to reply to customer messages on their websites and e-commerce platform. This includes answering client queries, sharing product links, and sharing promotional offers.

Contract length: Open-ended contract

Rate: $30 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have a minimum of 5 hours per week. consistent internet access.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly

Location: Remote work worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
