Remote Chat Representative – Remote for Moms (Beginner Level, Part Time)

Currently looking for mothers with excellent computer skills, and great attention to detail to multitask between databases, chat with customers, and enter accurate data. This is a fast-paced position.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support representatives handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social platforms. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: Open-ended contract

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have 10+ hours availability per week. consistent internet access.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
