Remote Level 1 Chat Support (Junior Level / No Experience Required)

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are strong in digital selling, styling, and luxury fashion to engage with customers via our live chat experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering elevated client experience via the live chat format.

What you will be doing: Live chat Level 1 customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social platforms. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: Ongoing arrangement

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. stable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
