This is a job application, open for applicants from all countries, for Shopify store chat assistants doing live chat support. This means you will be handling the incoming chat inquiries for a business on their Shopify store and social media profiles. You will be given their account credentials as well as be told what to reply to the most common queries.
This job is available all over the world, the work is done online, and you just need reliable access to the internet, and 10+ hours a week to work on this. You don’t need any experience for this job because comprehensive training is given, and we are looking for people who can start work immediately.
What you will be doing: Shopify chat agents get paid to reply to customer messages on the Shopify stores and social platforms. This includes answering website visitor questions, sending purchase links, and sharing promotional offers.
Contract length: Ongoing arrangement
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed:
Must have a device able to access social media, and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Be able to operate on your own.
Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps.
Have 10+ hours availability per week.
