This is a job advertisement for a live chat customer support assistant. Your job will be to respond to real-time chat messages from customers on a business’s website and help them with their support questions. Most questions are about shipping rates, return policies and what types of items are in stock, etc. Don’t worry if you have not done this type of work before, this is an entry-level position and complete training is included.
What you will be doing: You will be a text chat operator working in a customer support role. At the start of your shift (you can choose your own hours) you log in to the business’s website and start responding to the messages that come in from questions. At the end of your shift, you log out and are paid daily.
Contract length: Open-ended contract
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed:
Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Be able to operate on your own.
Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps.
Have 10 + hours availability per week.
