Chat support workers provide support for customers based on their needs to provide a positive and successful customer experience.

Individuals must be sociable with the capability for providing professional and clear answers to customers’ concerns and requests.

Must exhibit professionalism, composure, and discretion when expediting or resolving all customer-related concerns and issues.

Contract length: No set end date

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have 10+ hours availability per week. consistent internet access.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
